WHAT TO BRING, BREAKS, ETC QUEsTIONS

Please dress comfortably and appropriately for an outdoor event. 


PLEASE BRING A FOLDING CHAIR WITH YOU!


We recommend wearing & bringing:

  • Closed-toed shoes 
  • Dressing in layers, as weather conditions can change throughout the day. 
  • Sunscreen
  • A hat
  • Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. 
  • Bag coolers (soft coolers holding 12 drinks) are allowed inside the venue as well. 
  • Food and drinks.


Most volunteer shifts are around 4-8 hours long. You'll have the opportunity to take short breaks during your shift. We want you to enjoy the festival too, so after your shift, you're welcome to explore the festival grounds and catch some performances. Most of you have signed up for the hours that fit your schedule the best. Depending on the amount of shifts/days you’ve signed up for, you will receive a credential for the level of involvement. The more you volunteer the higher credential level you receive.

While supplies last. Volunteers that help out during the music festival hours receive a free t-shirt. Depending on the supplies, volunteers on other days will receive a shirt. 


Please dress comfortably and appropriately for an outdoor event. 


We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes and dressing in layers, as weather conditions can change throughout the day. Don't forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Bag coolers (soft coolers holding 12 drinks) are allowed inside the venue as well. Feel free to bring food and drinks.



Most volunteer shifts are around 4 hours long. You'll have the opportunity to take short breaks during your shift. We want you to enjoy the festival too, so after your shift, you're welcome to explore the festival grounds and catch some performances. Most of you have signed up for the hours that fit your schedule the best. Depending on the amount of shifts/days you’ve signed up for, you will receive a credential for the level of involvement. The more you volunteer the higher credential level you receive.


Our volunteers help with various tasks, including assisting with guest services, distributing promotional materials, providing information to attendees, and helping with setup and cleanup.

We will also have Trail Hero Medical Staff/First Responders on-site at the event that can be notified by your lead or Rich Klien. 


Trail Hero has an APP! This will keep you informed of all the activities during the week of the event. This app has been deemed mandatory for participants to download by the state. There is now tracking or other crap, it is the same app that we have used for 5 years and just gives us the chance to notify all of our participants of any changes in the event by using push notifications.
