A Trail Hero is someone that puts the collective movement before themselves. Selfless, these heroes give back to the community, donate time and/or money to the cause, and participate above and beyond that of industry standards. When you Become a Hero you get a Custom Machined Aluminum Trail Hero Brand to adhere to each side of your vehicle to prominently display your commitment to the Trails. There are 6 opportunities to "Become a Hero" and they are all based on getting people more access to Motorized Outdoor Recreation.
Each trail ride is catered and unique in design. Below are some of the way you can help.
I believe a Trail Hero is someone that puts the collective movement before themselves. Selfless, these heroes give back to the community, donate time and/or money to the cause, and participate above and beyond that of today’s industry standards.
Our event, Trail Hero, specializes in creating motorized access for people with special needs and Veterans for the off-road industry. Our event has helped over 1,000 people with special needs and over 4,000 Veterans explore the southern Utah outdoors through motorized access. Charitable proceeds from the event are donated to 4 Wheel to Heal, Red Rock Center of Independence, Racing Anxiety, and many Land Use Advocacy Groups. These groups help ensure our lands stay open to the user groups that depend on motorized access to experience Public Land. I am proud to say that Trail Hero has donated over $80,000 in charitable proceeds each year and are looking to break that this year!
Traditionally a seven-year trail riding event, Trial Heroalso has a built-in audience of over 4,500 trial riders and 30,000 attendees that enjoy live music. To help broaden the audience that receives our charitable messaging for the second year in a row, Trail Hero has added a three-day concert series to the event October 5-7, 2023. This is where we need your help!
The Trail Hero Music Festival (THMF) will have several genres of music, but all the music artists will have the same goal in mind. THMF fans will experience songs that fall in line with our patriotic and off-roading culture. To help strengthen our charitable message, show our appreciation for our Veterans, and give back to our community outreach programs; Veterans and people with special needs will be able to experience the concert, FREE of charge!
Many artists do not feel comfortable hyping up their new releases constantly. A good way to do this is through charity involvement! Trail Hero Music Fest Artists will have the opportunity to ride along with our Veterans and special needs guests on trial rides, play a little acoustical set on the trail if they desire, and capture the moment along the way for their social media. We also have our Charity Golf Tournament on an award-winning course if you prefer the greens over the rocks. Help us tell a story or spread the word about our charitable messaging while promoting your band in a feel-good way.
Ultimately, we are asking you to come together and help spread the word about our cause while booking a kick ass gig in a beautiful, beachfront, snowcap mountainscape backdrop, open air, outdoor venue. Check out our teaser reel…..I guarantee you’ll want to be there this year!

You can donate to the Trail Hero cause by making proceeds out to "4 Wheel to Heal" that non-profit that Trail Hero donates to and is a 501(c)3 .
4 Wheel to Heal is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving wounded and disabled veterans of all branches of military service.
Mission: We are dedicated to taking wounded and disabled veterans/service members from all branches of the military to off-roading events. These events include: four wheeling, rock crawling, mud bogging, off-road racing, shooting, and camping. Our mission is to boost morale, introduce warriors to the fantastic off road community and give them an experience they will never forget.
100% of your donations go toward supporting warrior events
Core values:
~To Honor our Warrior Guests through Dirt, Rock, and Mud.
~ Committing to the continued support of Off-road Therapy.
~ To always support those that have returned, and Remember the fallen.
Donating money to Land Use helps our effort pay for lawyers, expenses, etc for keeping these trails open. As the fight gets more fierce, it also gets more expensive. Please follow this link if you are interested in donating to our local Land Use Groups: www.u4wda.org
Funds from Hero For A Day are used for fixing and rebuilding off-road vehicles of Veterans and People of Special Needs.
Companies can donate parts to these efforts as well.
Giving up a passenger seat to someone that would never get the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in this fashion is the goal here.
We want to provide people with Mental and/or Physical Disabilities the ability to enjoy the great outdoors with Motorized Access. With this in mind, if you are, or know of, a person with special needs please feel free to reach out to use. This opportunity comes at NO COST to the riders or drivers of the trail ride and people with special needs do not need a vehicle in order to participate. We simply want to reach out and give you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with us. So please take a look above at our Schedule at the HFAD Website. If you are interested, we have a Limit of 20 vehicles to participate at each event. This opportunity is available to those that reach out to us for each location, and we still have spots available. Breakfast and Lunch are provided.
We hold Meet and Greets and trail rides for Veterans.
There are many ways to thank you for your sacrifice, this one is based on giving you the ability to enjoy the outdoors with us. So please reach out and let us take your for an awesome ride with many fellow vets. Our goal here is to take you places that participants can't necessarily hike/walk/or ride a horse to. We want to show you a unique experience, show you how great it is to have motorized access, and most importantly, show you our immense gratitude for everything you have done for the United States and others abroad. Breakfast and Lunch are provided.
As a company, if you are interested, please contact us and we will give you particulars in how you can help bring joy to our participants.
We could use help gathering supplies, funds, and participants for this unique experience. With your help we can do great things for those less fortunate.
