WE ARE ENFORCING A CLEAR BAG POLICY THIS YEAR:

THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT:

• Weapons: Any type of weapon, including firearms, knives, and self-defense tools.
• Alcohol and Illegal Substances: Outside alcohol, illegal drugs, and paraphernalia.
• Outside Food and Drink: Except for factory-sealed, personal water bottles OR Trail Hero branded cups.
• Drones: Unmanned aircraft systems.
• Professional Camera Equipment: Including tripods, monopods, and lenses longer than 4 inches.
• Noisemakers: Whistles, air horns, and other devices that create loud sounds.
• Projectiles: Any item that can be used as a projectile.
• Glass Containers: Including coolers and bottles.

WE ARE ENFORCING A CLEAR BAG POLICY THIS YEAR:

Your car will be searched to make sure there are no coolers with alcohol in them. 

When walking through the front gate you will need a clear bag for all your things with you. 

Anything that comes in through your vehicle for drop off before 2pm each day cannot have any alcohol. 

You can pull in through Gate 2 to drop off your supplies each day between 8a-2pm and after 10:30pm

1. No solid-color backpacks, purses, duffel bags, or fanny packs.
2. No bags larger than the approved dimensions.
3. No tinted or patterned bags—even if clear.
4. No mesh bags (must be 100% clear).
5. No professional camera equipment or tripods without prior approval.
6. No alcohol, flasks, or outside beverages.
7. No outside food (except medically required or infant needs).
8. No weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, pepper spray, etc.).
9. No illegal substances or paraphernalia.
10. 10. No fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials.

1. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
2. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc-style).
3. Small clutch purse or fanny pack, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle/strap.
4. Diaper bags (clear if possible) allowed when accompanied by an infant/child.
5. Medically necessary items (subject to inspection).
6. Empty reusable water bottles (may be filled at festival water stations).
7. Clear hydration packs (no more than 2 pockets).
8. Jackets, blankets, and seat cushions (must be easily searched).
9. Cameras (non-professional, no detachable lenses).
10.  10. Phones, keys, and wallets (must fit inside your approved bag).

1. Vendor staff must also comply with the clear bag policy at entry gates.
2. Vendor supply deliveries must be brought in during designated load-in/load-out times.
3. Vendor product restocking may require security escort (no personal bags).
4. Sponsors hosting hospitality areas must provide approved serving containers for alcohol (per permit).
5. Vendor giveaways (bags, swag) must be clear to be allowed past security.
6. Any branded promotional bags must meet clear bag policy dimensions.
7. All alcohol sales must follow permit rules: wristband checks + ID scanning.
8. No personal coolers behind vendor booths unless pre-approved.
9. Volunteers and vendor staff must wear visible event credentials at all times.
10. 10. Vendor backstock must be stored in designated secure areas (not in general public zones).

1. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
2. Fast-entry lines available for guests without bags.
3. Expect delays at peak entry times—arrive early.
4. Security has final say on all items brought inside.
5. Prohibited items discovered at entry must be returned to the vehicle or discarded.
6. No storage lockers provided—plan ahead.
7. Re-entry permitted only with wristband + valid hand stamp (if policy allows).
8. Bag policy applies to everyone—guests, staff, volunteers, vendors, performers.
9. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
10. 10. Security personnel are authorized to enforce alcohol and bag rules strictly.

1. Alcohol must only be purchased and consumed in designated areas.
2. Guests may not bring in outside alcohol.
3. Alcohol must remain in event grounds—no “to-go” beverages.
4. No sales to minors (ID check required at every purchase).
5. Alcohol vendors must serve in approved cups only (no glass).
6. Over-intoxication may result in removal from the event.
7. Security and law enforcement may perform spot checks.
8. All alcohol service ends at posted “last call” time.

Helpful Tips for Attendees

1. Use a clear bag with multiple compartments for faster entry.
2. Pack light—less to carry, less to search, faster entry for all.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!

- If people want to stand in front of you, THEY CAN! This is an outdoor concert on the beach. Standing is preferred. You are welcome to bring blankets and chairs but only for resting, not for having a good seat and view to watch the show. 

CHAIRS

- Folding Chairs & Blankets (Towels) are now allowed only in VIP and Platinum VIP. WE advise that people with chairs set up at the BACK of their section, NOT near the front.

BLANKETS

- Blankets/Towels at the FRONT

- Chairs at the BACK

- Do not claim more space than what is needed for you and your small personal items, we are not claiming and staking land like in the old movie "Far & Away".

STANDING

- If people want to stand in front of you, they can! This is an outdoor concert on the beach. Standing is preferred. You are welcome to bring blankets and chairs but only for resting, not for having a good seat to watch the show. 

CLEAR BAGS ONLY

• Clear bags ONLY 
• No large hard coolers, backpacks, carts, tents, etc.
• NO GLASS containers
• NO Soft bag coolers or small bags 

DRINKS

• NO DRINKS. NO GLASS. NO Hydro flasks unless they are Trail Hero branded and empty before entering. 

NOT ALLOWED:

• NO more BYOB.
• NO coolers, not even bag coolers. 
• NO glass allowed.
• NO large hard coolers, capable of carrying over 12 drinks, are allowed in Platinum VIP, VIP or GA.
• You CAN NOT sell drinks in our venue, or within the state park, without purchasing a vendor booth or being listed under our event permit. If you are caught you will be FINED and the state park police will be called.

Must have Ticket QR Code or Valid ID for Will Call to pick up concert wristband.
In order to receive a wristband at the will-call box office, the person who purchased the tickets must be present with a valid ID to pick up your wristbands for your group. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy/photo of the original purchaser’s ID, order confirmation, and credit card used to purchase (with last 4 digits visible) for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

Wristband pick up at the BOX OFFICE / REGISTRATION White Trailer by Gate 1 Trail Hero Vendor Show Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 3pm-10pm:
Bring your proof of purchase/ticket QR Code to the Trail Hero Box Office/Will Call Booth in the Vendor Show by Gate 1 / Free Parking lot.  Your Paper or digital ticket will be exchanged for a Wristband that will grant you access into the music festival.
